When I build a persona, it's more full-sell-cycle thought out … how do they think, how to they act, what are they going to want, what problems are they going to have with your product. then segmenting is like acting upon those different personas … how do I take this information and apply it to my content/ads/presentations/webpages/etc in the real world. One is strategy, the other is tactics; one is the idea, the other is doing it
